KingSync Virtual provides virtual phone numbers from over 190 countries for personal and business use. Numbers are intended for legitimate verification and communication purposes only.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to purchase virtual numbers. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Payments and Wallet
All purchases are made through your KingSync wallet balance. Payments are processed securely. Wallet funds are non-refundable once used to purchase a number. Unused wallet balances may be refunded subject to our refund policy.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our services for fraud, spam, harassment, illegal activities, or any purpose that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found in violation of this policy.
6. Number Availability
Virtual numbers are subject to availability. We do not guarantee that specific numbers or countries will always be available. Numbers are provided on an as-is basis.
7. Service Interruptions
We strive to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. KingSync Virtual is not liable for any losses arising from service downtime or third-party API failures.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software associated with KingSync Virtual are the exclusive property of KingSync Virtual and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
KingSync Virtual shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
